Delivery
- Credits are added to your account in the extension as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within seconds. A receipt is emailed to you. Nothing is shipped.
- Documents download to your own computer, into Downloads/ROCwork, while the panel runs. A typical company takes under 30 minutes.
- Done-for-you: we send the link on WhatsApp within 2 working days of your payment, provided MCA's website is working normally. The link works for 6 days.
Refunds
- If ROCwork fails to download a company's documents because of an issue on our side, we return the credit. If you prefer, we refund the money for that credit to the account you paid from, within 7 working days.
- If MCA fails early in a run, before most documents were handed out, we return the credit to your account.
- MCA's own fee is paid by you to MCA. We never receive it, so we cannot refund it.
- Done-for-you: refunds follow clause 3.5 of our Terms of Service.
Cancelling
Credits are used only when you press Download, so there is nothing to cancel before that. To close your account, write to us; we delete it within 30 days.
