ROCwork - MCA Document Downloader. Version 2026-09-23.

ROCwork is a Chrome extension and a small server run by Consara Technologies. The extension runs the MCA portal's own document requests from your browser, in your logged-in MCA tab, and saves the files to a folder you choose. This page says exactly what reaches our server and what never does.

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in (we email you a one-time code; there is no password) and to reach you about your account.
• The companies you download: their CIN, name and MCA payment reference (SRN), so we can count one credit per company and let you resume a download.
• MCA's document lists for those companies (document titles, form names, filing dates, sizes and page counts), so our server can plan the download and write the Excel index. These are MCA's public listings, not the documents.
• One value from your MCA session: the anti-forgery token MCA calls _csrf. MCA requires it inside the encrypted body of every document request, so our server must include it when it prepares those requests. Your MCA session cookies are never sent to us.
• Counts: how many document batches were handed out, saved and failed per run, and the version of the extension.
• When you report a problem: the log of that run (timestamps, step ids, status codes and error messages) and the message and contact details you type. Nothing is sent unless you click Send.

What we never collect

• Your MCA user id or password. You log in to MCA yourself; the extension does not see the login form.
• Your MCA session cookies.
• Your payments to MCA, or any card, bank or UPI details. You pay MCA on MCA's site, and you pay us outside the extension.
• The documents. They travel from MCA to your browser to your folder and never pass through our server.
• Your browsing history, or anything from sites other than mca.gov.in.

How we use it

To run the download you asked for, to meter credits, to let you resume, to write your Excel index, to answer your problem reports, and to notice when MCA has changed (a drop in success rates across users is our early warning). We do not sell or share this information for advertising. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who else sees it

Our server and database run on Cloudflare, which processes the data on our behalf. Nobody else receives it.

How long we keep it

Your account, credit history and a per-company record of each run (CIN, company name, counts, credit movements) are kept while your account exists, so your credits and history are there for you. MCA's document lists and the download plan for a run are deleted 60 days after the run ends. Problem reports are deleted once resolved, and at most after 12 months. Sign-in codes expire in 10 minutes; sessions expire after 90 days.

Your choices

Sign out from the panel's footer at any time. To delete your account and everything above, write to us at the address below or on WhatsApp, and we will do it within 30 days.
